some of u may wonder what’s with date of this blog entry, it’s not even as nice as 09.09.09 where tons of people got married. anyways, rest assured when i mention this date, it’s not related to weddings. in fact, it’s related to 2 pretty significant events that’s gonna take place.

one event is about unity, strength and love for the nation while the other is about disunity, power and fights.

let’s talk about the first event which i really like. a bunch of people across the nation will be running from early in the morning all over the country just to pray for our nation, prayer for unity, strength and peace would be some of the items being prayed for. this event not only promotes unity among fellow believers who comes from all different types of denomination, but also motivates patriotism and love for our nation among fellow malaysians.

God has made us malaysians for a purpose and i’m sure He’s got great plans for us here, and i’m very sure He loves this nation. so as fellow believers, i urge that you join me in this event to pray for our nation coz it really needs prayer and who better to start it than us !!! see you all at the run !!!

coming to the 2nd event, something that i dun really like to tok about coz it’s such a messy event but nonetheless, i’ve decided to go ahead with it and so here goes….

some major political party is gonna have their egm on this day and i am sure this day will go down in the history of this country as the “battle of the dragons” and many will be hurt, they can only be one winner and i eagerly see who will come out tops.

i am not known to talk about politics but since i started this i might as well finish it. i had a discussion with some people and this event came about our discussions, and thus why i am blogging about it now. it is interesting to know that in our discussions, the conclusion of this egm for this particular party, is not about which person wins, but more about how we want the society to be in the next 15-20 years.

sounds confusing? hear me out, you see, the public of this nation have been given rubbish, gossips, and twisted truth through the media especially the papers and especially the chinese ones. anyways, my point is this, on the surface it looks like 2 leaders not being able to see eye to eye and hence the egm, but it’s definitely more than that, there’s definitely other motives behind the call of this egm man !!!

to me, i dun see much relevance in this egm coz the president was voted in not too long ago and it’s not like he did anything really bad to deserve such kind of treatment. on the other hand, the other party was the one that caused a stir in the nation and i seriously think he tarnished his own image, the image of the party and also the government.

we live in a world so advanced that sometimes we have learnt to not fully believe in the media coz sometime i think that the stories by the media is not much of a difference than that of a hollywood show. and hence my call to all fellow malaysian: do not fully believe in the media, practice wisdom at all time !!! this nation has to be educated about the truth behind politics, politics if i may suggest, is the dirtiest, most conspiring and the darkest of all things on this earth, worse than drugs, prostitution and gambling.

everything in politics that happens has a motive, a bad motive can be portrayed as a good one and a good one portrayed as bad, the public is always being misled and the whole purpose is for them to be confused. let’s not tok about the 2 lions in this political spat, let’s look not at who win and who is right and all, but think of this:

whichever party that wins indirectly indicates the future of our race and nation. do we want our nation to turn into a moral-less beast in the next 15-20 years? or do we want to correct what is wrong, be righteous and give this nation a chance to turn good again? i leave it to your wisdom to decide on the future of this race and nation……delegates and leaders, i urge you to think for the next generation, i urge you to think for the future of this nation, i urge you to make the right decision. put money aside and for once, start to think morally !!!
